FlowChefs is a New Jersey-based whole food plant-based meal prep delivery service and children’s STEM education company. We deliver chef-prepared, oil-free, plant-based meals across Bergen and Essex County NJ, and run structured Montessori-style healthy snack labs for toddlers and hands-on food science STEM programs for middle schoolers in Bloomfield, NJ. Every meal is made from scratch using whole, minimally processed ingredients with no refined sugar, no oil, and no artificial additives.
