ASCENT Foundation is a non-profit organisation built on the belief in the power of the collective. It is a trusted community for growth-stage entrepreneurs and business leaders focused on meaningful networking, mentoring, and shared learning. Founded in 2012 by Harsh Mariwala, ASCENT brings entrepreneurs together through peer learning, leadership development, collaboration, self-facilitated Trust Groups, and curated learning initiatives such as Huddles, workshops, Boardroom Sessions, and the ASCENT Conclave. The community connects 1,200+ entrepreneurs across 65+ industries and operates through active chapters in Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Delhi, and Chennai, creating space for honest conversations, practical insights, and long-term growth
