Optimal Living Therapy

We are a Western Australia based occupational therapy provider specialising in the assessment and support of adults with neurological conditions such as acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, Parkinson’s disease, MS, and Huntington’s disease. As a registered NDIS provider, we offer services including functional capacity assessments, assistive technology recommendations, home modifications, SDA assessments, and therapy support through both in-person and telehealth appointments. Our occupational therapists have extensive expertise in neurological rehabilitation and can support individuals to improve their independence, safety, and quality of life at home and in the community.
